Villa Pergolone can be rented for €230 – €260 per night depending on the season. Minimum stay is 5 days and an additional final cleaning charge of €100 applies. The house will be handed over clean with fresh linen and towels. Cleaning during the stay is not included but we can help to arrange it if required.
We do not allow dogs or other pets and ask guests to observe a strict non-smoking policy on the premises.
A security deposit of €500 is due to confirm the booking and full payment is due 4 weeks before your stay. In case of cancellation payment is non-refundable if we cannot find other guests.
